Fuel control apparatus for an internal combustion engine (7) which has an air intake tube (11) includes an electrically controlled fuel injection valve (3) and a control device (12) for controlling the valve (3) in accordance with various parameters of the engine. A radiating fin (13) is located on the control device (12) for removing heat generated by elements which drive the valve (3). The control device (12) is mounted on the air intake tube (11) so that the radiating fin (13) projects into the air intake tube (11). In this manner, the radiating fin (13) is cooled by incoming air.
