PURPOSE:To facilitate the inputting operation of information at a transfer destination by registering in advance the information at a transfer original and also the information at the transfer destination at a host device and inputting the information at the transfer opposite according to an issued identification number. CONSTITUTION:At an automatic transfer machine 14, a transfer destination information registration part 17, a transfer destination information processing part 18, and a key input/display control part 16 to which an ID number is inputted are provided. Also, at a center 15, a transfer destination information file 11 in which the information at the transfer destination inputted from each terminal is registered, an identification number issuing and registration part 19 in which the ID number is issued and the information at the transfer destination by every user is filed are provided. And at the transfer destination information file 11, the ID number and the information at the transfer destination corresponding to the ID number are stored setting the user as a key. Thereby, only the inputting of the ID number and a user number is quite enough, the inputting operation is considerably simplified. |
