摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an information recording medium having high oxidation resistance and heat resistance by using a thin film formed by dispersing pulverized Te and TeO2 particles having prescribed grain sizes into a hydrocarbon matrix at a prescribed ratio and having a prescribed film thickness to constitute a recording film. CONSTITUTION:The recording film formed by dispersing the pulverized Te particles 3 and pulverized TeO2 particles 4 into the hydrocarbon matrix 2 is formed by sputtering on a substrate 5. The recording film 1 is formed to 5-250nm film thickness and the grain size of the pulverized Te and TeO2 particles are made 2-100nm. The molar ratio of TeO2 with the pulverized Te particles in the information film is made 1-1.2 and the ratio of the carbon atoms of Te with the carbon atoms in the film 1 is made 2-6. The information recording medium having the excellent oxidation resistance and heat resistance is thus obtd. |
