Hollow extruded aluminium member - has curved sidewall merging into divided tube and flat internal wall

The hollow extruded aluminium-alloy member is of irregular tubular form, having a curved sidewall 3mm. thick with a radius of 1,750mm. This merges into a divided tube 2mm. thick, with an external radius of 14mm. extending through 235 deg., followed by a wall 10.5 X 2 mm thick at 60 deg. to the member axis. A flat internal wall 2mm. thick x 26.5mm. long is followed by a connecting one 2mm. x 7mm. A 2mm. thick clamping portion with 14mm. internal radius extends through 210 deg. The member is secured to a construction mould by gastight pins and glued with epoxy material if necessary.
