PURPOSE:To produce a fish paste product of good quality having a high jelly strength and springiness, by keeping a tilting angle of a rotating shaft of blades in a tilted state for finely cutting and stirring treatment and in almost the vertical state for kneading treatment according to the treating conditions of a raw material to produce the aimed kneaded raw material. CONSTITUTION:A frozen ground fish meat raw material is finely cut, stirred and kneaded with rotating blades 2. In the process, the tilting angle of a rotating shaft 3 of the rotating blades 2 is kept and changed in a tilted state for finely cutting and stirring treatment and in almost the vertical state for kneading treatment according to the treating conditions of the raw material to produce the aimed kneaded raw material. As a result, the aimed fish paste product of good quality having a high jelly strength and springiness can be produced. |
