PURPOSE:To prevent leak of oil and overflow of a muddy water entrance preventing agent to an outer peripheral surface, by providing grooved parts in their respective joining surfaces of split cases. CONSTITUTION:Expansion edge parts 5 and 6 are formed in a way that the expansion edge parts are extended toward the inner and the outer periphery side from joints 3 and 4 of split cases 1 and 2. Further, grooves 7 and 8, dented from the surface levels of the joints 3 and 4, are provided in corner parts between the joints 3 and 4 and the expansion edge parts 5 and 6. This constitution enables prevention of the occurrence of oil leak and permits a muddy water entrance preventing agent to be prevented from overflowing to the outer peripheral surface since the muddy water entrance preventing agent gathers in the grooves 7 and 8 even if an excessive amount of the agent is coated.
