METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF HUMAN URINE KALLIKREIN AND KIT FOR THE SAME

In a method of determination of kallikrein in urine, in which an anti-human urine kallikrein antibody, human urine kallikrein labelled with a radioactive substance and a urine specimen containing kallikrein undergo an antigen-antibody reaction, and the radioactivity of the resultant reaction complex is measured, free kallikrein in the urine specimen and free kallikrein labelled with a radioactive substance in the reaction mixture can be easily separated from the antigen-antibody complex by using an anti-human urine kallikrein antibody immobilized to a vessel and carrying out the reaction in the said vessel. For this purpose a kit is provided which comprises a combination of a vessel having said anti-human urine kallikrein anti-body immobilized therein humanurine kallikrein labeled with a radioactive substance, standard human urine kallikrein and a buffer solution to be used for reaction.
