PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in operation efficiency, by installing a takeout mechanism taking out the specified numbers of springs and a transfer unit, in case of a spring takeout unit in an automatic setting device of springs suspending a pad receiving member on a car seat. CONSTITUTION:Tension springs are fed to a continuous feeding part 35 of a feed chute 30 serving as a stock mechanism from a parts feeder 12, and stocked as being aligned sidewise. Next, a takeout mechanism 40 is operated, taking out the specified numbers of these tension springs with a takeout member 44 at the specified intervals. Afterward, a transfer unit 47 is operated, catching these tension springs simultaneously, and they are transferred to a setting part of a seat frame 1. According to a tension spring takeout unit in an automatic setting device of these tension springs, the setting operation time is sharply shortened, and it enjoys an effect of remarkable improvement in operation efficiency. |
