The absorbent pad (nappy) for single use in particular for an incontinent adult comprises an absorbent wad 1 made of an absorbent sheet enveloped between a sheet 3 which is permeable to the liquids and defines the internal face in contact with the skin of the user, and an impermeable sheet 2, and has in succession in the longitudinal direction a front torso zone, an interleg zone and a rear torso zone. The absorbent pad (nappy) is characterised in that a belt 8 is firmly attached to the rear torso zone, transversely to the longitudinal axis of the wad, and includes on one of its halves, a fastening means 10 capable of interacting with the second half of the said belt, the front torso zone including second fastening means 12 capable of interacting with the said belt. <IMAGE> |
