<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for providing recommendation information capable of displaying recommended items that more closely match the needs of users. <P>SOLUTION: The device 100 for providing recommendation information includes: a purchase process part 102 that provides item information to a terminal device and that, when the number of an item desired to be purchased is reported from the terminal device, stores the number in a basket storage part 105; an item search part 103 that searches a purchase history according to the number for items to be included in recommendation information, among purchases purchased at the same time as the item desired to be purchased; and a recommendation creation part 104 that searches advertised item information according to the number and creates recommendation information using the advertised item information and the item information found by the search part 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
