摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To form a hydraulic bearing action and prevent heating and vibration from occurring as well as to aim at improvement in machining accuracy, by connecting a coolant hose to a rear end of a feed pipe piercing the inside of a spindle, and constituting it so as to discharge a coolant out of the discharge port opened to a spherical part in the point midway in the feed pipe. CONSTITUTION:Since a feed pipe 10 is held by a bracket 12, even if a spindle 6 rotates, this feed pipe 11 will not rotate. And, the coolant fed to the feed pipe 10 from a coolant base 14 is discharged to a work machining part by a grinding wheel 8 from a nozzle at a tip end, and a part of the coolant passsing through the feed pipe 10 is discharged to a wall surface of a through hole 10 from a discharge hole 16 of a spherical part 15, and it performs lubrication of relative roration with the spindle 6, while it functions as a fluid of a hydraulic bearing. Therefore, a mian factor for generation of heating and vibration comes to nothing, thus the extent of machining accuracy is secured.</p>
