A one-way clutch comprises two coaxial sleeves (1, 3) and therebetween clutch means (2) for torque transmission between the sleeves only in one of the two rotational directions of the driving sleeve. The clutch means consists of a metal band (2) attached to the inner sleeve and having tongue-shaped, deflectable elements (4) stamped-out at three sides of the band so as to protrude tangentially against the drive surface (3') of the outer sleeve (3). This drive surface is preferably provided with teeth. |
