PURPOSE:To secure high-precision matching between an upper and lower molds, by so constituting the title machine that a slide to the under surface of which the upper mold is fitted is guided by a slide guide provided on both side frames and a rigid guide rod provided on the upper part of the slide in a standing state is guided by the slide guide provided on a top frame of a stationary frame. CONSTITUTION:A slide 4 to the under surface of which an upper mold 11 is fitted is guided by slide guides 12, 12 provided on the insides each of both side frames 1b, 1b through slide liners 13, 13. A rigid guide rod 23 is provided vertically in a standing state on a concentric position of the upper part of the slide 14 with the center of a press in parallel with the slide guides 12, 12; and the guide rod 23 is guided slidably by a slide guide 24 provided on the concentric position with the center of the press of a top frame 1c in a stationary frame 1. It follows that the rigid guide rod 23 having a length extending over between the slide 14 and the top frame 1c in a state of being penetrated through is added as a beeline advance guide by performing in the above-mentioned manner. Accordingly, a descent in a beeline advance of the tiltless slide 14, therefore, high-precision matching of the upper mold 11 with a lower mold 4 becomes possible. |
