The invention relates to a method for making front panels of cupboards or of pieces of furniture with doors which are leaktight to dust in all types of openings. It consists of two aluminium sectional bars 1 and 2 which, according to circumstances, may receive sliding doors 3 and 4, doors which can be opened (rotated) or folded 3 with handles 5, in any desired decoration. The method according to the invention is intended for one-off or group installations, every time a problem of leaktightness to dust arises. <IMAGE>
