PURPOSE:To make the charge lower the longer a telephone call becomes, by varying the charging period of a charging signal at a mobile station as the telephone time becomes longer during the telephone call. CONSTITUTION:The charging period signal is determined by a counter 16, an out-band frequency is determined by a charging device 10 and the charging signal is sent out to the mobile station by a charging signal transmitter 17. The mobile station supplied the charging signal to a charging signal transmitter(KSEND) 15 with the charging period signal firstly. The signal is received by a charging period signal device 3 and stored in a shift register 14 and the counting second period of a counter 13 is determined by the shift register and supplied to the charging signal transmitter 15 while shifted in the shift register. Similarly, the specification of the counter 13 is determined according to the condition of the shift register. |
