PURPOSE:To obtain KONJAK (paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue) having sweet taste and unique palatability, by adding a specific amount of albumen to KONJAK. CONSTITUTION:KONJAK produced by conventional process is added with 5-30wt% albumen. The amount of albumen is preferably 15-30wt% in the case of sheet KONJAK. |
