PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost required for exchange and simplify exchange work by partially exchanging only a tip side of each cutting-in claw with conical bit of a tip bit or only each conical bit at a tip of the cutting-in claw with conical bit of the tip bit. SOLUTION: In the tip bit 11 of an auger screw in which a plurality of cutting-in claws 12 with conical bit are formed, only the tip side 12b of the cutting-in claw 12 with conical bit of the tip bit 11 or only each conical bit 13 at the tip of the cutting-in claw 12 with conical bit can be partially and freely exchanged.
