<p>PURPOSE:To cut off a power supply and to attain its storage with a controller of a power plant by using a diagnosing device for controller. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosing device 1 for controller produces a diagnosis command signal with an OR 4 of an automatic diagnosis command circuit 2 and a manual command circuit 3 and then a diagnosis command output signal with an AND 5 of an interlocking circuit 6 using a diagnosing circuit or not using said circuit, etc. When this command output signal is supplied to a controller 8, an operating terminal 9 of the device 1 is automatically driven with a simulation test. Then the working state of the terminal 9 is fetched by the controller 8. Thus a deterioration diagnosis test is possible for the controller 8 under a pause state and the control is secured even when a feed command is given. While the abnormality if produced to the terminal 9 or the controller 8 during a simulation test can be recovered easily since an abnormality recording circuit 7 is provided.</p> |
