PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting system for an operation and maintenance program that makes operation programs for generator units owned by a plurality of power companies based on a total determination including a variety of conditions of apparatus or components of the generator units, using actual plant data. SOLUTION: A plurality of generator units 41, 42 and 51, 52 owned by the plurality of power companies 4, 5 and central feed command offices 43, 53 are connected to a service center 1 via a communication network 6. The service center 1 obtains the plant data from the plurality of generator units 41, 42 and 51, 52 via the communication network 6, calculates generation efficiencies of the generator units at every power company 4, 5 at real time by using the plant data obtained from the plurality of generator units 41, 42 and 51, 52 and the design data of the generator units, and makes the operation and maintenance programs of the generator units 41, 42 and 51, 52 at every power company 4, 5 based on the calculated generation efficiencies. |
