PURPOSE:To improve the extent of comfortableness, by constituting a controller so as to make a fresh-air intake close and a blower stop respectively, at a time when heat exchanging capacity in a heat exchanger is less than the speci fied value, in case of the above-captioned controller for a bus or the like pro vided with the blower and the heat exchanger in a ventilation flue. CONSTITUTION:There is provided with a first temperature sensor 22 which outputs a temperature signal of the voltage level conformed to heat exchanging capacity when it detects cooling water temperature at the inlet side of a heat exchanger, and the temperature signal is compared with a reference temperature signal by a comparator 23. This reference signal should be set to a small value, insomuch that heat radiation capacity of the heat exchanger makes people aboard feel uncomfortable or so. And, when a detection temperature signal is below the reference signal, namely, when heating capacity is insufficient, a stop signal of air supply to a car room is outputted, stopping blowers 15, 18 and 21, and a cutoff device 19 is driven instead, then a fresh-air intake window is closed. With this constitution, a degree of cooling capacity is improved. |
