The invention relates to an antibody (Ab) or antibody fragment as an agent for piloting substances having pharmacological activity and/or which undergo intracellular accumulation in target cells, characterised in that: a) corresponding antigens (Ag) are in practice accessible only at the surface of the target cells, b) the Ab or Ab fragment can gain access to the target cells, c) the Ab or Ab fragment is endocytosed and has access to the lysosomes of the target cells, d) the Ab or Ab fragment does not induce the permanent disappearance of the corresponding Ag from the surface of the target cells.
