PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and facilitate the manufacture by disposing driver ICs on both sides of the light emitting diode array provided in the longitudinal direction of a substrate, and forming a ground pattern in meshes as well as forming a power source system pattern and a signal pattern at the input side of the driver ICs. CONSTITUTION:An LED array 12 is disposed in the center of a long substrate 11, driver integrated circuits 17 are separately mounted at both sides of the LED array 12 in the lateral direction, and a chip selector input pattern 19 and a plus and a minus input patterns 20, 21 are provided on this block. And the patterns of data 22, clock 24 and load 23 are formed from one end of the substrate 11 in the longitudinal direction, and various signals are input to these from the end block of the substrate in the longitudinal direction. Further, the one-side pitch and wire bonding pitch of the LED array 12 and the bonding pitch of the driver ICs 17 are made smaller stepwise, forming the GND line in meshes. With this, the manufacture is simplified, the junction is improved in reliability, and compactness can be achieved. |
