PURPOSE:To eliminate such trouble that precedent data is sent out by providing a write gate control part which outputs a clear signal to an ultrasonic optically modulated data transmission part and forces it to write white data of one line. CONSTITUTION:A video control part 1 has an interface part 10, a storage part 12 consisting of two line memories 11A and 11B, and the ultrasonic optically modulated data transmission part 13. Then the write gate control part 14 consisting of a JK flip-flop circuit is connected to a write gate signal WGT inputted to the interface 10 and a synchronizing signal SYNC is inputted to a write gate control part 14 to detect whether the write gate signal is within a one-line write period or not; when not, the clear signal S4 is outputted. The ultrasonic optically modulated data transmission part 13 is cleared with the clear signal S4 from the write gate control part 14.
