PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by maintaining a blocked condition of blocking means for blocking revolution of a planetary gear at two specified positions without using electric energy. CONSTITUTION:Under a condition where a planetary gear mechanism is in a position engaged with a gear 10, the condition is maintained with a clutch lever 16 and a stopper 21a due to the action of a spring 19. When the mechanism is under a condition of being engaged with a gear 32, the condition is maintained with a clutch lever 17 and a stopper 21b due to the action of a spring 65. Since the condition of clutch levers 16 and 17 within a revolution locus is maintained not by electric energy but by spring force, rotation of driving source can be transmitted without increasing power consumption.
