<p>PURPOSE:To prevent transaction processing from being stopped by setting an answer wait time in an input/output terminal device control table and entering a release state unless there is an answer from an input/output terminal device within the answer wait time. CONSTITUTION:An input/output terminal device control means 2 sets the answer wait time for an answer request screen in occupation mode in the input/output terminal device control table 1 by input/output terminal devices 6 and 7. The input/output terminal devices 6 and 7 are released automatically the answer wait time later even unless a terminal operator answers on neither the input/ output terminal 6 or 7. Consequently, even when the terminal operator makes no answer to an answer request screen set in occupation mode to the input/ output terminal devices 6 and 7, next transaction processing or urgent transaction processing can be started and the transaction processing is prevented from being stopped.</p> |
