The present invention provides an oligonucleotide for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae; a PCR composition for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, wherein the PCR composition includes the same; a PCR kit for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae, wherein the PCR kit has remarkably excellent specificity and sensitivity compared to a conventionally used probe and a PCR kit using the same; and a detecting method. According to the present invention, Chlamydia trachomatis and/or Neisseria gonorrhoeae may be rapidly, simply, and accurately detected. |
