PURPOSE:To realize the infusion system having high safety by inserting an infusion pipe in flat state on the downstream side from a pump part into an insertion part and elastically press-urging the infusion pipe and detecting the degree of shift of the flat part by a detector. CONSTITUTION:The subject device consists of a medical liquid bottle 10 as injection liquid container, injection needle 12 as injection part, and a pump part 16 having an infusion pipe 14 for connecting the medical liquid bottle 10 and the injection needle 12. A closed pressure detecting device 18 is installed on the downstream side from the pump 16, and the closed pressure detecting device 18 is connected with an amplifier 20 for amplifying the detection signal, and the amplified signal is converted by an A/D converter 22, and sent into a microcomputer 24. The change through the lapse of time of the closed state of the infusion pipe 14 is monitored by a comparing means in the microcomputer 24, and when the detection value exceeds a standard value, an alarm signal is outputted by an alarm output device 28, and a pulse motor driving circuit 30 as driving source for the pump part 16 is stopped.
