PURPOSE:To prevent the oozing out of a stock material and to attain to enhance quality, in a pressurizing type kneader, by using the lower side of the side surface of a pressurizing lid as the inner wall surface of an opening part and the vertical surface of a specific gap while forming the upper side thereof into a taper surface inclined to the inside. CONSTITUTION:The side surfaces of the pressurizing lid 2 of a pressurizing kneader are constituted so that vertical parts 2a are left to the lower sides thereof and the upper sides thereof are inclined to the inside toward the upward direction to provides escape parts 2b coming to taper surfaces. The gap between each vertical part 2a and the inside wall surface 3 of an opening part is set to 0.2-0.5mm to suppress the protrusion of a kneaded substance to a min. degree. The escape parts 2b reduce the frictional resistance between the pressurizing lid 2 and the inside wall surface 3 of the opening part increasing by the narrowing of the vertical part. The height H of each vertical part 2a is pref. set to 30-40mm to prevent the fusion of the pressurizing lid 2 and the protrusion of the kneaded article. Further, the taper surface angle theta of each escape part 2b is pref. set to 2-4 deg..
