摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a membrane excellent in gas permselectivity and having extremely excellent mechanical characteristics, by laminating a gas permeable membrane layer, which is formed by providing a layer having large gas transmission coefficient between two layers excellent in gas selectivity, onto a porous support. CONSTITUTION:In preparing oxygen enriched air, first and second extremely thin membrane layers are formed by using a material having high oxygen selectivity such as an aryltrimethylsilane polymer, polyphenylene oxide or polymethylpentene. The third layer provided between the first and second layers is formed by using a material having transmission coefficient to oxygen larger than that of the above-mentioned two layers such as a dimethylsiloxane/ polybutadiene copolymer or organopolysiloxane-polycarbonate. The thickness of each of the first and second lavers is set to 0.01-0.2mum and that of the third layer to 0.02-2mum. This laminate is used in a state supported by a porous support.</p>
