PURPOSE:To correct the unbalance of a rotor and make sure of the smooth rotation of the rotor by eccentrically installing a yoke in a given quantity. CONSTITUTION:The unbalanced quantity and its phase are measured with a master yoke. On the basis of the measurement result in case a rotor 1 is unbalanced for example, a yoke 8 is selected from among five kinds of yokes 8 to be specified for yoke 8 as having most suitable eccentric quantity enough to conect the unbalance and this yoke 8 is installed in the phase from the result of measurement. And in case the rotor 1 has no unbalance, the yoke 8 without unbalance is installed to conect the unbalance of the rotor 1, preventing the mechanical vibration of the rotor 1 resulting from the unbalance of the rotor 1. Thus the smooth rotation of the rotor 1 can be maintained. |
