PURPOSE:To permit the easy acquisition of the correlation data on each driving pulse and motor by prohibiting the control of a load detection control circuit for a driving pulse generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:Information on a chopper ratio is freely selected in an up-down counter 54 by a driving pulse selection signal Pt outputted from a control signal generating circuit 32 in accordance with the input signal for testing from the outside to be supplied to a test terminal part 31 of a driving pulse selecting means 30. The control from the load detection control circuit 70 to the counter 54 is prohibited in the test mode and in turn the information in the chopper ratio selected in accordance with the input signal for testing from the outside is fixed. The driving pulses Pm of the chopper ratio corresponding to said information are kept outputted from the driving pulse generating circuit 50. Since the counter can be fixed to the driving pulses of the optional chopper ratio by the setting from the outside, the data on the motor for each driving pulse is acquired easily.
