PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film which is low in detachment charging voltage when detached and is reduced in time change of antistatic performance and adherend contamination and an optical part pasted with it.SOLUTION: A surface protective film 5 has a first adhesive layer 2 of a surface resistivity of 1×10[&OHgr;/square] or higher and a second adhesive layer 3 of a surface resistivity of lower than 1×10[&OHgr;/square], laminated in order on one side of a transparent substrate film; the second adhesive layer 3 contains an antistatic agent; and the detachment charging voltage on its detachment from an optical film, or an adherend, is +0.7kV to -0.7kV. |
