PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a stable test permitting to take the rapid countermeasure by an operator, by providing an inferior place searching and display apparatus and displaying an inferior place and disposal content when unsatispactory product was generated at the time of testing. CONSTITUTION:An inferior place searching and display apparatus 8 is connected to the electronic calculator system 7 of a test apparatus and the predetermined information corresponding to the code of an unsatisfactory product generated test item is preliminarily stored in said apparatus 8. In a processing sequence, when the electronic calculator system 7 transmits the code corresponding to the unsatisfactory product generated test item at the time of unsatisfactory product generation, the inferior place searching and display apparatus 8 receives said code to take out the corresponding information and an inferior place and disposal content are displayed on CRT. By this method, an operator immediately performs corresponding countermeasure and a stable test can be performed.
