PURPOSE:To suppress generating of an offset by using another transistor (Tr) to apply level shift in a direction cancelling the level shift of a Tr and making an output signal equal to an input signal so as to compensate the level error of the level shift. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd Tr 18, a current mirror circuit 20 and the 4th Tr 26 are installed. Then a current flowing to a Tr 8 is fed to the Tr 18 via the circuit 20. Since an input signal VIN is fed to the base of the Tr 18, a signal voltage whose level of the signal VIN is shifted is generated to the emitter in response to the current flowing to the Tr 8. The base voltage of the Tr 8 depends on the synthesized between the signal VIN and the base-emitter voltage of the Tr 4 and the collector current of the Tr 8 is decided. As the result, the signal voltage generated in the emitter of the Tr 18 is fed to the base of a Tr 26 and an output signal V0 being equal to the signal VIN is obtained from an output terminal 30. |
