摘要 PURPOSE:To make normalization automatic and to facilitate the replacement of the sensor by providing the highest output memory circuit, a ROM to output the correcting value based upon the highest output value and the output of respective elements and a RAM for storing the correcting value. CONSTITUTION:In the correcting data writing mode, the output So(i) of the sensor to the standard light enters the B input of a comparator 4 of the highest output memory circuit 3, and the output of a latch circuit 3 enters an A input. When the comparing result is A<B, an So(i), which comes to be the latch input by a clock LCK, comes to be the output of a new latch. In case of A>=B, the latch 3 does not act. The output of the latch 3 is compared with the next sensor output by a comparator 4. Thus, when the output of all elements are read, the output of the latch 3 comes to be the maximum value Smax of the So(i). On the other hand, to the higher order and the lower order addresses of the ROM 5, the Smax and the S(i)(So(i)) are respectively inputted, and from the ROM 5, a correcting value F(i) corresponding to respective elements is outputted. During the correcting mode, for a writing clock WCK, the F(i) is written to a RAM 6 corresponding to the address of an action element. The S(i) and F(i) are multiplied by a multiplier 7 and the normalized output can be obtained.
