<p>PURPOSE:To automate confirmation of an optional position on a long-sized stock by storing a winding angle and an optional position in the longitudinal direction in synchronization with a winding angle in the longitudinal direction of a metal stock for a coil, and displaying the stored optional position at rewinding. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 is wound on a reel 2 with a detector 4 while checking the coil 1. the winding angle of the reel 2 from the reference point A at the inside end of a coil to the out-side reference point B is detected by a tachometer 3 and both the winding angle and the optional position signal from the detector 4 are recorded in a recording medium 8 of a data processor 5. In rewinding process of a reel 6, the winding angle from the reference point B to the reference point A is inputted into an indicator 9 by tachometer 7 and the read winding angle by reversing the medium 8 is turned with the rotating speed of the tachometer 7. The record is displayed on a display device 10 when the coil 1 is rewound to the recorded point of the optional position in the medium 8. In this method, the confirmation of the optional position on a long-size coil is automated.</p> |
