PURPOSE:To effectively use energy of fuel in an internal-combustion engine while eliminate a decrease of its actual horsepower, by vaporizing working fluid by heat, generated in the internal-combustion engine, while driving a gas turbine for a generator by high pressure gas of the working fluid so as to generate electric power. CONSTITUTION:If a working fluid pump 9 is actuated, working fluid is allowed to flow into a working fluid path 2 in an internal-combustion engine 1, and its generated heat vaporizes said working fluid. And vaporized high pressure gas, after its inflow in a gas turbine 8 through in a high pressure flow path 4 from an outlet 2b of the working fluid path 2, is allowed to flow into a condenser 3. Here a generator 7, generating power by rotating a turbine blade, supplies this electric power to a motor 11 or the like through a battery 13. While the inflow gas in the condenser 3 is cooled and liquefied, further the liquefied working fluid, being again fed to the working fluid path in the internal- combustion engine 1 by the pump 9, is vaporized.
