PURPOSE:To enable to perform horizontal adjustment with high precision, by a method wherein operation of first and second valve bodies, opening and closing an air inlet and an air duct port, is controlled through vertical movement of a lever body brought into indirect contact with a cradle on which a device, needing horizontal adjustment, is placed. CONSTITUTION:A lever body 41 is pivotally mounted at 42 to a machine frame 1 of an automatic horizontal regulating device A, and a first valve body 2 and a second valve body 3 are positioned so that valve heads 17 and 25 can be brought into contact with the lever body 41. The two valve bodies 2 and 3 are intercommunicated through a ventilating hole 6 and an orifice part 8, and the two valve bodies are incorporated in parallel in the machine frame. The first valve body 2 is communicated with an air inlet 5 through a ventilating hole 4, and the second valve body 3 is communicated with an air duct port 7. The first valve body 2 is formed with a vertically slidable valve rod 12, provided at the interior with an exhaust pore 11, and a valve seat 15, and the second valve body 3 is formed with a vertically slidable valve rod 21 and a valve seat 23. |
