PURPOSE:To improve pressing accuracy by setting the 1st, 2nd movable upper parts on a subpress part and a transfer press part respectively and connecting the upper parts with a crank-shaft to be movable up and down, and practically independently. CONSTITUTION:The 1st upper part 12 movable up and down against the 1st stationary lower part 10 is set on the subpress part 4 and a present working region is established between the upper part 12 and the lower part 10. For the transfer press part 6, a transfer working region is established between the 2nd lower part 18 fixed on the right side of a base plate 8 and the 2nd upper part 20 movable up and down against the part 18. The 1st movable upper part 12 contains the 1st slide 50 and is connected with the crank part 46 of the crankshaft 26. The 2nd movable upper part 20 is connected with the crankshaft 26 in the same manner. Working pressure of the subpress part 4 does not act on the transfer press part practically because of that mechanism and the pressing accuracy is improved.
