摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The process comprises producing a cylindrical hub on one end of a support (2), affixing a layer of thin metal hook on a surface of the hub and the free surface of a recess of the hub, forming a cylindrical hole in a fragile part of diameter (0.5-1.5 tenths of a millimeter) larger than the outside diameter of the hub, affixing a piece surrounding the hole and a side wall of the hole on an area of the piece with a metal bonding layer, and affixing a tin layer on the bonding layer, where the tin layer has a thickness of 0.5-1.5 tenths of a millimeter. #CMT# : #/CMT# The process comprises producing a cylindrical hub on one end of a support (2), affixing a layer of thin metal hook on a surface of the hub and the free surface of a recess of the hub, forming a cylindrical hole in a fragile part of diameter (0.5-1.5 tenths of a millimeter) larger than the outside diameter of the hub, affixing a piece surrounding the hole and a side wall of the hole on an area of the piece with a metal bonding layer, affixing a tin layer on the bonding layer, where the tin layer has a thickness of 0.5-1.5 tenths of a millimeter, introducing the piece to push support unit in a hole by drifting and deformation of the ductile tin layer until the tin layer abuts against the free surface of the recess thus providing an assembly part onto the substrate to friction, setting the watch of the exact angular position of the part relative to the support by a relative rotation of these two elements one from another by a sufficient torque to overcome the friction between the elements, mounting all support-part in a mechanism by watchmaker, applying an axial force to the assembly formed by the part and support to bring the two elements together, heating the support at a temperature sufficient to soften and melt the tin layer, and cooling the assembly formed by the support and the part that are welded by the tin coating adhering on both the areas. The angular position of the elements is finely adjusted during assembling process. The cylindrical hub has a contact surface surrounding a recess at its periphery. The dismantling of the set-piece of support mechanism is performed, if fine-tuning of the angular position is carried out relative to the thin piece followed by a new phase of testing after installation of this package in the mechanism until the optimal angular position relative to the support is obtained. An annular groove is formed in the recess of the support to recover the excess of molten tin to provide a veneer of the perfect piece on the contact surface of the support. The medium is a movable clock. Thin metal decoration or protection layers are deposited on front of the area that lead to support before placing the coating.
