METHOD FOR MONITORING INJECTION CHARACTERISTIC

PURPOSE:To understand the entire image of characteristics by registering and storing, in an analog form, the characteristics in the past molding process as a function of a time series or cylinder stroke then disposing superposedly the same on the present characteristics at proper times to display the result thereof. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 6 is connected via a coupling 3 to a piston 2. The pressure liquid from a pressure supplying source 12 is controlled by a flow rate control valve 13. A position detector 25 detects the stroke position S of the piston 2 via a magnetic detecting element 15. A speed detector 29 detects the moving speed v of the plunger 6 by differentiating the stroke position S by a time signal (t). Respective parameters are analogously registered and stored into a monitor device 30 which is constituted of a sampling circuit to take in the respective parameters of an injection system and a storage circuit. The operator is therefore capable of understanding the entire image of the injection characteristics without being affected by other conditions by extracting analogously the required conditions with the monitor device 30.
