PURPOSE:To reduce misoperation as less as possible by forming a reference mode key in a copying device or the like to release the preceding processing mode and setting up the reference mode immediately after the operator's depression of the key. CONSTITUTION:The operation board 57 of the copying device is equipped with a reference mode key 26. When the key is depressed, the preceding processing mode is immediately released and the reference mode is set up. Generally, operators easily adapt to a patterned operating procedure, so that the misoperation can be reduced. Since the set processing mode is not released against operator's intention when the key is not depressed, the misoperation of an image forming device such as the copying device can be reduced as less as possible. |
