PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which can be assembled easily, and also has a sufficient rigidity against a vibration caused by a high speed operation of a head actuator, by fixing one end of a center fixed shaft to a base body, and fixing the other end to a cover body. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a double supporting structure by which one end of a center fixed shaft 23 is fixed to a base body 24, and its other end is fixed to a cover body 25. Since one end of the center fixed shaft 23 is fixed mechanically to the base body 24, the assembly can be executed easily, and also a double supporting structure by which the center fixed shaft 23 has been fixed by the base body 24 side and the cover body 25 side. In such a way, even against a vibration which is generated due to a high speed operation of a head actuator 27, sufficient rigidity is held, and the resonance is prevented. Also, the disk atmosphere is not sealed by magnetic fluid seals 28a, 28b, therefore, a complete sealing structure can be realized easily.
