PURPOSE:To make a transfer printing beautiful and to increase the speed of a transferring operation, by using a biaxial orientation plastic film as a transfer layout sheet of transfer paper, and by preheating a substance whereon transfer is to be made, before an ink layer is transferred onto the substance. CONSTITUTION:Laminate tubes 10 are supplied successively from a supply passage 11, inserted loosely into a mandrel 13 and conveyed immediately below a heat roll 7 by the rotation of a rotary board 14. The heat roll 7 lowers to contct with a laminated tube 10 with pressure, and transfer is conducted with the roll being rotated. After the completion of the transfer, the heat roll 7 rises, while a sensor 9 starts operation to rotate a take-up roll shaft 8 by one pitch of transfer paper 1. Meanwhile, a subsequent laminate tube 10 arrives immediately below the heat roll 7 with the rotation fo the rotary board 14, and subsequent transfer is conducted there. The laminate tubes 10 reaching a discharge passage 15 after the completion of transfer are discharged therethrough and conveyed to the next process. |
