PURPOSE:To facilitate an excessive-length treatment, and to make switch connections and a recovery from an accident speedy by looping and storing a few connection parts and excessive-length parts of a core as each unit around a tray type excessive- length treatment card which has a holder on the internal surface of its end wall. CONSTITUTION:The excessive-length treatment card 20 is provided with a holder 25 which is constituted by providing about six-eight slits 23 for core insertion which have entrances narrowed down by cuts 23a to an elastic body 22 of chloroprene rubber, etc., fitted in the peripheral wall 21 at the opposite position and holds both the connection part 5 and excessive-length part 6 of the core (a) on the internal surface of the end wall 24 connecting with one end of the peripheral wall and a holder 26 which holds only the excessive-length part 26. The treatment card 20 stores the excessive- length part 6 looped in the opposite direction from the connection part 5 of previously connected cores (a) and (a). Namely, the couple of cores (a) and (a) are guided into the peripheral wall 21 from slits 23 at the opposite positions and fitted in the same holding hole 25a of the holder 25 in the opposite directions; and then the excessive- length part of the core inserted from the right side is run through the left holder 26 firstly and the left core, on the other hand, reaches the connection part 5 through the right holder 26.
