PURPOSE:To make a document including command easy to see and edit efficiently reducing mistakes by discriminating the text of an original and shaping command and displaying by different display modes. CONSTITUTION:Document shaping command in a document including command read out from a memory 102 referring to document shaping command in a registering device 101 is detected by a detecting device 103 and the detected document shaping command and a document to be outputted are discriminated by a display controlling device 104 and the document including command is displayed in a display unit 105 in different display modes. The text of an original and shaping command directly related to the document such as character designation command are made prominent in display by enhancing brightness, changing size or making them bold.
