摘要 PURPOSE:To extend knocking limits and thereby prevent occurrence of knocking by making such arrangement that in the case of specific operational conditions are met under the situation in which an air conditioner is switched on, initial ignition time is delayed for a fixed period of time. CONSTITUTION:A knock control unit 7, which is provided with control signal for initial ignition time control from EGI control unit 6, corrects the control signal at the time of transmission from a knock sensor 2 and enforces the phase control of spark advance and retardation to a distributor 8. On this occasion, in the case that an air conditioner switch 4 is switched on, control is effected so that throttle divergence is fully opened, and a throttle switch 3 is turned on, and in such an operational condition in which a radiator fan switch 5 is turned on and temperature is more than a specific value, control is effected so that the initial value of the ignition time is delayed for a specific period to the side of spart retardation within the unit 6.
