PURPOSE:To speed up perforating and gas cutting etc., by providing a fixing plate to be attached to the other side pipe, disposing a core bar to the central hole thereof and providing a swiveling arm which has an extendable and contractable length and is provided with a gas nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The central hole 3 and plural mounting holes 4 are bored to the fixing plate 1 and are bolted 5 to the bolt holes 2 of a flange at the bottom end of an inboard pipe UP. The top end of the core bar 10 is fixed onto the vertical center line of the plate 1 by means of a screw part 11 and upper and lower nuts 12, 13. The swiveling arm 20 is constituted of the base end arm 20-1 and top end arm 20-2 and adjusts the position of the gas nozzle 30 to a required radius by means of a wing bolt and long hole. The gas cutting of the inclined top plate SCH is executed by sliding freely the arm 20 in the central axial direction and swiveling the same with rollers. The gas cutting is speeded up and the cutting accuracy is improved by the above-mentioned method.
