In a high-power microwave pulse device, synchronous elementary power pulses are added up. Each of these pulses is produced by an oscillator 12-1 to 12-32 with solid-state active component such as an IMPATT diode. Each oscillator receives, through a circulator 15-1 to 15-32, a synchronising signal originating from a respective output of an electromagnetic lens 20. This lens distributes a synchronising instruction between its outputs. The pulses from the oscillators 12-1 to 12-32 are transmitted, through the circulator, to the respective inputs 24-1 to 24-32 of a lens adder. The latter provides for the equiphase and equiamplitude propagation of the pulses to its output 26, so as to produce on the latter a pulse corresponding to the superposition of the elementary pulses applied to its inputs. <IMAGE>
