PURPOSE:To stably control the speed in a high performance by varying a speed loop gain in response to a motor speed. CONSTITUTION:An operational amplifier 3 supplies a voltage V2 corresponding to a deviation between a speed command signal S1 and the actual speed value S2 of a motor through a divider 20 and a power amplifier 4 to a motor 5. A function generator 18 outputs a voltage V3 corresponding to the output voltage Vr of a return signal S2 to the divider 20. The divider 20 calculates the ratio of the output voltage V2 of the amplifier 3 to that V3 of the generator 18, i.e., V2/V3, and outputs the output voltage V21 to the amplifier 4. thus, when the speed increases, the gain G decreases. Accordingly, the control is stabilized at high speed, and the gain G is not reduced at low speed, thereby generating no insensitive zone. |
